Mt Dew Glow Stick Failure

hey guys this is my second movie i have made for my youtube channel ok this was the story and myth but any way this one youtube video guy had a mt dew bottle and he put baking soda and a small amount of mt dew in the bottle then he put peroxide in it and it made a glow stick so i have tried that and it did not work like the movie which sucked so and way here is the video of my version  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71bbZvL_hi0
